Transcendentální metoda

Transcendental method

Karel Říha

Studia Theologica 2007, 9(3):1-8641

The transcendental method shows certain analogies with the philosophical analysis of language, in so far as this inquires the objects in the mode of speach about them, that in the mode of thinking them. It is also similar to phenomenlogy, in so far as this presupposes the exact correspondence of noesis and noema, that presupposes the exact correspondence of operatio and intentio as two moments of the one act of mind. These three methods are therefore not to apply exclusively, but jointly. - The transcendental method is nowadays nearly forsaken for the reproach of its impossibility to reflect the interpersonality and the story. This deficiency is conditioned...

Marionov projekt vyslobodenia Boha z metafyziky

Marion's project on liberating God from metaphysics

Miroslav Kuric

Studia Theologica 2007, 9(3):9-16435

In God without Being, Marion explores various ways of thinking of God as 'beyond being'. In fact, he sees both philosophers and theologians as often 'idolatrous' in the sense of postulating God as the highest 'Being'. Marion is trying to reverse the very way in which philosophy and theology have usually operated and to push them in a truly radical direction. Instead of beginning with our categories and ways of thinking, he is attempting to turn the whole approach around. The question is whether he can do this: the paper presents Marion's project with some critical remarks. It seems there is something inherently problematic with this Marion's project.

Objektivita teologického metaetického základu morálky človeka

The objectivity of theological meta-ethical foundation of human morality

František Ábel

Studia Theologica 2007, 9(3):17-30473

The world events of the last century again revivified discussion about the objectivity of theological meta-ethical foundation of human morality. The First and Second World War, genocides as the Holocaust or systematic repudiation of the otherness from the side of great majority, societal ethnic cleansing and many other forms of evil in daily life, partly in consequence of destructive activities of man, partly in consequence of natural and biological processes, these all are a part of tragic character of human nature. Despite of these realities, the elementary question about the theological meta-ethical foundation for morality is always the basic necessity...

The tactics of Communist party's "Church secretaries" in 1948-50 in South Bohemian region

Radomír Malý

Studia Theologica 2007, 9(3):56-61380

The communist state power applied a policy of gradual persecution of the catholic church in South-Bohemian region. It attacked the hierarchy and religious orders in the firs stage, but pretended to be friendly towards the laymen while trying to set them against the church leadership. It was not until later on, that also the laymen started to be persecuted.
