ThDr. Leopold Dýmal: Life and Work
This article deals with the thought and work of Dr. Leopold Dýmal, whose name and person is connected mainly with the great reconstruction of the Cathedral of Saint Vaclav in Olomouc during 1970s. The aim of the article is to show the principal lines of his thought and work: Christological, ecumenical, liturgical, historical; the contribution of Dr. Dýmal to Christian art; in addition, his efforts to re-establish the Faculty of Theology and the seminary for priests in Olomouc.
